Fresh minced meat is suitable for various daily menus. Usually it is used for making of moussakas, sauces, lasagnes, minced-meat patties etc. Minced meat can be also seasoned, shaped and prepared for grill.


 




 

Fresh minced mixed meat consists of cooled out boneless baby beef – fore quarter, veins and fat removed.
Keep the product at temperature up to +2ºC.
Necessary heat treatment over +85ºC.
Packed in controlled atmosphere.
