Dry homemade salami
Dry homemade salami is a traditional Slovenian (Styrian) recipe prepared, classically dried pork and bacon salami. The top taste of dried homemade salami was achieved with a mysterious blend of homemade spices, garlic and whole pepper. It is mildly smoked, dried and ripened, hence its characteristic aroma. Our dried homemade salami is stuffed into natural wrappers.

Savinjski želodec (alpine salami)
Savinjski želodec really tastes great, it is prepared according to the traditional Slovenian recipe. It is a classically dried durable pork and bacon product. The characteristic odor and taste are aided by the grinding structure, the addition of natural spices and the process of smoking, ripening and drying. Spicy with garlic, pepper and salt, as well as drying in specially shaped corners, give it a distinctive geographical recognition of its flat shape.
The peculiarity of the Savinjski želodec is in its form – a compressed stomach. The cover is made of natural materials.

Zašinek (dry pork neck)
Zašinek is a boneless dried, cleaned pork neck that is marbled on the cross section. In the traditional way, a longer time is ripe to obtain a characteristic aroma. Ingrown fat is the main carrier of components with a rich aroma and special taste. A mixture of spices dominated by garlic and pepper give it a rich aroma and taste, complemented by a gentle smoke smell. The product is salted with salt of pyran saltpans.

Homemade panceta
Homemade pancetta will enhance your cuts is extremely rich in flavor. It is also useful for cooking and preparing a wide variety of recipes.
Pancetta is classically dried bacon. The smell and taste are characteristic of ripe smoked meat, with a slight pronounced taste for smoke and spices.

Original kulen with pepperoni
Slavonian kulen is a famous, Slavonian recipe prepared pork salami with the addition of red peppers, which gives it a characteristic orange color and a slightly spicy taste. The specialty of Slavonian kulen is also in size and shape, as it is stuffed into a typical natural gut. It feels tough. The aroma and taste have the characteristics of ripe smoked meat, there is a slight pronounced taste in smoke and spices, and a little burning due to the addition of peppers. The product is peeled, sliced and eaten cold (not edible) before use.
