Hotdog

Hotdog is a finely ground colored sausage, steamed with a mildly flavored smoke, stuffed into natural mutton. We label Hotdog with the Best Buy Award, which is a protected award for the best value for money and is widely known and recognized in Slovenia as well as in Europe. On all sales shelves you can find our new Hotdogs, which are no. 1 in quality.

»Hop« sausage

It is of high quality in a double ring wrapped coarsely ground beef and pork sausage. The cross section shows smaller pieces of bacon and meat. On the cross section of the hop sausage with peppers, red pieces of pepper are visible. The taste and aroma of hop sausage is pleasant, it smells a little spicy. The sausage has an extremely juicy taste and is suitable for immediate use, cooking or baking.

The Queen (Kraljica) mortadella

Kraljica Mortadella is a unique taste of tradition. You can cut it into small cubes and serve it as an appetizer or as a snack with cocktails. You can add it to pasta, mixed salads or pies. It can also be sliced into thin slices that fit especially in fresh bandle. The taste and smell are pleasant, slightly spicy and smoky. Bon Appetit!

Andraž flower

Andraž flower is an indispensable salami for the preparation of slices and sandwiches combined with cheese. The salami is made of pork and beef. A special feature of Andraž’s flower is that the cross-section of the product is reminiscent of a flower, and the ground meat mass is stuffed into mesh wrappers. Salami will delight you with its exquisite taste and slight aroma of selected spices and smoke

Kranjska(carniola) sausage

Carniolan sausage is a popular meat product of pork and selected spices. It is a very juicy traditional Slovenian semi-permanent sausage with a strong smoky smell. Carniolan sausage is of geographically protected origin, handmade and tapered. It is traditionally served with sauerkraut or turnips, buns and horseradish (mustard).

Prepare the Kranjska sausage by placing it in cold water and bring to a boil. Leave it in water just under boiling point for 10 minutes.

Cooked prosciutto is a slightly spicy, subtle, non-greasy delicacy made from whole pork thigh. It is made from high quality pieces of pork thigh, which are filled into molds and heat treated. Due to its low fat content, it is also suitable for dieting. You can buy cooked ham vacuum-packed in 2 kg pieces or in a delicacy.

Tyrolean sausage

Krvavice (Black puding)

Krvavica is a traditional popular Slovenian sausage made from minced meat, bacon and home-cooked supplements, stuffed in natural casings. It is recommended in the winter as an addition to sauerkraut, turnips or red cabbage with pear.

Pečenice

Pečenica is something reminiscent of homemade and at the same time one of the first products made from fresh meat. Pečenica is a heat-treated coarsely ground sausage seasoned with homemade spices, garlic and pepper. The old method of preparation says pour the pečenica with wine and cook until the wine is boiled, then roast it. Today, however, the preparation of the pečenica is a little different – it is quickly baked to a golden-brown color. It is served in the winter as an addition to sauerkraut, turnips or buckwheat spirits and indulged in the homemade Slovenian cuisine.
